Hello!

When I set up my Roku account, I had to enter a credit card. I don't plan on using any of the pay services Roku has, and would like to just delete that card and not have any on file.

Is that possible?

Yes. Log into your account at https://my.roku.com. Go to the Payment Method section and remove from there.
