I have tried almost everything you can possibly do to fix this. I have been troubleshooting and researching and attempting to get in contact with anyone at all to fix these issues. The screen brightness is so low that I have to stare at the screen for 15 minutes and rotate it around to read anything. I have gotten to the factory reset but I can't read the code on the screen to reset it. I have unplugged and attempted to reset the Roku and TV in every way. Nothing has worked. Hopefully, someone has an answer for me because this is the last resort.

Is this a Roku TV or a Roku device connected to a TV?

Have you tried adjusting the picture controls ON THE TV? Many (most? all?) sets these days allow these settings to be applied separately to each of the tv's inputs.
