Blinking blue light logo bounces

I did the most recent update on my Roku express and now my Roku blinks a blue light and the logo just  bounces and doesn't load. I have tried reset, unplugged power, plugged into wall, tried on another TV does the same thing do I just have to buy a new one I have had it 2 years worked before the update.

As a last resort try a factory reset.  Locate the reset button and using a paperclip or something similar press and hold it for 30 seconds with the power connected.
