Maybe try using an HDMI extender cable (free/supplied from Roku or buy an aftermarket cable at Walmart, Best Buy, etc). Basically is an extension cable so stick is not plugged directly into the HDMI, reducing its chances of getting bent. Additionally, can also use a Roku player like the Express 4k/4k+ that comes with cables rather than direct plug-in. (similar principle).
