When I attach a USB DAC to my android/google TV streamers, the audio output will automatically go through the DAC. I tried that DAC to my Roku 4660, but could not find any menu options to redirect audio away from HDMI.
Tested: Xiaomi Mi Box 4, onn. Google TV 4K Pro, Roku 4660X2
The only function of the USB of a Roku Streaming Player is for playing your own media through the Roku Media Player. (and similar media player channels/apps)
