After update all my streaming channels went black and red. What happened and why????

My satellite and streaming channels went all black and red after update. I fixed the satellite channels but when I did the same thing to the streaming channels it didn’t work. I need help and no one is available. This sucks!

Have you tried restarting?  Not just turning off and back on but a System restart?

If you can see well enough to use menu commands, the path from the Roku home screen is Settings > System > Power > System restart.  If this is a Roku device rather than a Roku TV the path is Settings > System > Power > System restart

Otherwise you can pull the power plug for a minute or two, then plug it back in.
