I submitted the information you requested and mine is still not working. I bought this model just for the Bluetooth headphone connection and the volume still doesn’t work.

Doesn't work with any Bluetooth device. Not just headphones. Using a Yamaha sound bar for instance.

I'm also having issues with bluetooth volume - very disappointing since using BT audio was why I bought the Roku Ultra! When is this going to be resolved?!

No longer able to control Bluetooth volume after latest update to Roku ultra. of 3/28/25. Worked fine before. Older TV model so not able to use CEC but it worked fine via IR before the update

First, share your device information, such as the model, serial number, and OS version/build. Once done, restart the Roku device by heading to settings, then selecting System, followed by Power, or clicking on System Restart.

• When I got my ultra wireless JBL headphone volume did not work. I posted here with all the info requested. My volume started working but then this weekend it stopped working again. Please help this is so annoying.
