I have an Onn Roku Subwoofer & a Roku Streambar. It keeps saying "No subwoofer found".
(1.) I have already tried moving it next to the Streambar.
(2.) The sub is plugged in.
(3.) The light on the back is on.
(4.) Even though it is brand new out of the box, I still followed the suggestion to press and hold the reset button for 10 seconds.
I have tried those 4 steps several times. I've looked at the videos. I've done searches on Roku community board. Still have not found an answer. Can someone please help me?
