roku soundbar have to turn volume up to 50 + to hear now

My roku soundbar Now has to be turned up to 50+ to hear always had on 18 -20 before soundbar was purchased in december 2020 .What could be wrong

You're using the TV to drive the volume in the Soundbar? Are you connecting through HDMI/ARC port on the TV? If so, did you configure the volume control on the Remote to use a Soundbar rather than the TV volume?
