recurring reminder keeps appearing when I use volume or * on my remote (show is over

“recurring reminder” BOX keeps appearing EVERY TIME I use the (volume or *) buttons on my ROKU TV remote (show has already aired and is over)!

Its been a week and the reminder only pops up when i use volume or * (every single time) and does not allow cancellation of the reminder! Cannot move the option to yes or no. Do I need a reset?

SOLVED:

Did a “restart” power cycle in the Settings Menu! Good to go! No more annoying popup!
