Same issue...tv just says NO SIGNAL. Ive tried everything. I don't know what could be wrong. Its a brand new smart soundbar

Have you tried using another HDMI port on your TV as well as switching out the HDMI cable used to connect your soundbar?
For troubleshooting purposes, have you tried connecting your soundbar to another TV to see if you are experiencing the same issue?
