pandora keeps logging me out. insignia tv.

pandora keeps logging me out. my tv is an insignia model NS-32DR310NA17. I see no option to “restart” the tv in settings..

I get this error: unable to automatically sign in. roku failed to provide required account information

how can I fix this? thanks.

    Restart should be under Settings->System->Power, but you can always restart by just pulling out the power plug for a few seconds.

    Are you having any issues with any other channel/app?  Is your Internet connection solid?
