I am trying to connect the onn sound bar 16 inch with onn 42 ' tv.  I cant hear any sound from sound bar. I have it hook it up by rca cables. no sound.  I did Bluetooth .. it would turned on and off.. no sound. I have not use the optical wire yet. I have tried searching for speakers.,.. they can not be found.

The rca jacks on the tv are input jacks not output, where the optical port on your tv is an output and so that is what you should be using.
