Ok im upset i have sound but no pic. I have try pushing the reset button on the side of the Tv ive also tried pusshing a serious of buttons and unpluging for ten mins but does the same. It has sound but no pic. My tv turn a year old this pass Oct.
Have you tried contacting your TV manufacturer support yet to inquire further? I'd suggest starting there to see what options or suggestions they can provide.
