cancelling DiscoveryPlus but star on remote does not give me cancellation option
I'm trying to cancel DiscoveryPlus from my Roku but the star does not give me the option to cancel subscription. I thought maybe i needed to go directly to discoveryplus.com but they inform me i have to do it through Roku. I went on my.roku.com and it says i don't have any current subscriptions but when i look at the purchase history Discovery Plus is on the list. How do i get it cancelled? Is there a phone number for customer service at Roku or even an online support?
