audio guide not working after linking a device

hello all. i'm a visually impaired from Nigeria who just got a brand new Roku TCL 32 inches smart tv. every time i link my device to my account, the audio guide feature for the blind goes off and i wont be able to activate it either through the accessibility option in setting or the shortcut. the accessibility option would disappear from settings after linking and updating the tv. so i beg you all to please come to my aid and help me over come this. i love Roku and its services so much and i want to experience it. thanks in advance.
