I’m having similar problems specifically with the Xbox One S, I can usually force the resolution to work by switching HDMI modes from 2 to 1.4 and then restarting the Xbox but the next time I turn on the TV it’s broken again. Very frustrating
I am having a similar issue. When the xbox one s is hooked up to my TLC roku, the colors and visuals are extremely distorted, although everything else within the Roku seems to be working fine. I think Its an issue with the Roku because when I plug the Xbox into a different tv, it works like normal with none of the issues it has with the Roku.
Anyone have the same problem/have an idea to fix this?

This may be related to a hardware issue. Have you tried contacting TCL support yet to inquire further? I'd suggest starting there to see what options or suggestions they can provide. Each Roku TV manufacturer provides direct support for their products running the Roku OS.
