Wireless headphones and cell phone not ringing

I connected my wireless earphones to my 70inch Onn tv through my Revvl 4 TMobile phone I have tried everything to get my cell to ring or hear the media but still nothing I don't want to hear it through the earphones I want my phone to work right again play video ring etc... Please help I have connected support through my cell company and through Roku but they keep sending me back to each other .

Welcome to the Roku Community!

How are you connecting your mobile phone to your Roku TV? Are you using the Roku mobile app as a remote? In addition, have you made sure to disable the private listening feature on the Roku mobile app?
