Have a TCL Roku 7101X (sic) TCL model 49S405. it has software version 8.0.0.4183-30. Some of the channels available over internet would only flash when trying to select. Also, noticed current software version should 9.x. Decided to do a factory reset and now tv will not connect to internet by ethernet nor wifi. Nothing was changed regarding wiring prior to reset. Was never connected by wifi but everything else (ie this laptop) works on wifi and password was entered correctly. I have tried every alternative I have seen. Unplug, shut done, restart wifi, load software by USB. . .Any other ideas.
