Hi I need help with my wifi setup and my soundbar. The soundbar has a red light on the front and my tv connects to the wifi and then after 4 seconds, it unconnects even though it says the signal strength is excellent

We also recommend rebooting both your wireless router and your Roku device.
I'd also recommend trying to connect your device to an alternate network, such as a mobile hotspot.
