I also have a similar issue with crackling, especially when the sound has some bass in it. Tried all different settings, including factory reset. I also have a problem with the sound being muffled, then it goes to normal.
Bought it in April, seemed to work for a while, then the above problems started.
I am having the same buzzing/crackling issue when the audio has any bass on my recently bought Roku Streambar. I have tried a different HDMI cable and adjusted settings. Please connect me to Tech Support.
Has anyone actually gotten a response from Roku support or are the moderators just collecting information and forwarding in for false hope? This is the 2nd thread I've seen with the same people apologizing and collecting information. But has anyone actually gotten this issue fixed?
I did receive a response from one of the ROKU moderators here. They said they had my passed my information along to tech support. A few days later I received a phone call, and was told a new Soundbar was being sent to me. And I received and set up that Soundbar today. It does sound better, and of course Imhopemit stays that way. My thanks to ROKU for responding and taking action on my problem. I am impressed by the follow through.
