The crackling issue has also been happening to me. I've reset and followed all the other steps in this discussion and the issue still persists. The solution of turning the bass off isn't good enough for me as the audio sounds very flat when I do that, and that's not what I paid for.
I am having the same issue as everyone else with my streambar. I’ve literally tried everything suggested and nothing has worked. I wish I would have done more research on this product before purchasing.
I too am having issues with my sound bar crackling. I've tried all of the methods mentioned on this thread and nothing works. Disappointed because before the crackling I loved the sound bar. Please have a technician contact me.
I also have this issue. With so many experiencing the same I'm concerned this is a manufacturing defect??
Started a few weeks after purchase. Everything seemed to be working great for a while then started noticing crackling and a slight buzz during any sound with more bass.
Unplugged power for a day and retry, no change. Switched wall plugs and new power bar. no change. Switched HDMI ports, no change. Switched HDMI cable, no change. Turned off Bass which has a noticeable improvement but still when anyone with a very low voice speaks or explosion happen in movies you can still hear cracks/pops.
