They haven't, that's why I insist in no answer.
I just bought one of these myself and after 3 weeks started to get crackling. I contacted support already and ran through all the troubleshooting. They're going to end up sending me another one. My biggest worry is that it'll happen again, not excited about dealing with this product yet. I loved it at first though.
This thread is disturbing. I bought my soundbar a few months back but only recently was able to start using it. I'm getting the same static underlying all sound after just a couple weeks of use. Just went from Disney+ on Roku to AMC on Dish, same problem. Going to try a hard reset to see if it helps at all, so far no suggestions have changed anything.

For the record, just finished setting up again after a full reset, and immediately the static is back on every channel, every app tried (Netflix, disney, paramount, amazon, etc.)
The static was evident on the startup video even. Ready for my RMA?
Thanks for the posts.

I too have the ridiculously annoying popping/crackling on multiple channels. I’ve tried adding/removing channels, changing volume settings, restarting time after time, nothing works. This goes along with the 10-15 second lag for the remote (when it works) and random shutdowns in the middle of watching. This streambar is starting to feel like a terrible purchase and I’m almost ready to get rid of all my Rokus.
Following up: I have found that disabling bass completely clears up the noise (so yeah, problem isolated.) Of course, soundbar without bass is not what I paid for, and definitely not what I want. Hoping to hear from someone soon.

(A few hours later) And... nevermind. Getting static now with bass off. Ugh.
My soundbar is having the same issues. No sound at startup like it's muted and cracking/popping audio on multiple channels. Started on disney+ now hbomax is doing it. Trying to pause it takes 10-15 seconds and when I play it again audio is all out of sync.

How long should I expect to wait until hearing from support?
We bought.Roku stream bar in December off Roku ad. It’s been doing same thing. Like the bass is blown. I was going to call Roku but it sounds like they don’t care that they are selling a defective product.
