We have a weekly vacation rental with 6 Hisense Roku TVs. Guest mode has been great but whenever a guest is signed out, the WiFi network connection also gets removed. So the first step for every guest is always to enter the WiFi info for every TV. Is there any way to avoid this? I don’t understand why WiFi login would be erased upon guest mode sign out.

We would be more than happy to look further into this issue for you. Can you please provide us the following information:
-Roku TV brand and models
-serial number
-device ID
-software OS/version
(these can all be found in Settings > System > About)
-steps to reproduce the issue you are seeing

Once we have this information we will be able to pass it along to the appropriate team to investigate further.
