What is the Best set-up and Configuration for the Streambar with a (TCL) Roku equipped TV?

What is the Best set-up and Configuration for the Streambar with a (TCL) Roku equipped TV? Should I use the Roku OS in the new TCL 5 Series 4K TV or the OS in the Streambar for the best picture quality and ease of use with mostly YouTubeTV as my content source?  I have other TCL Roku TVs and Google Home Assistant Speakers throughout the home. Will both the TV and Streambar's Remotes Control the TV + Streambar Setup with its Buttons (on both) and Voice Control on the Streambar's Remote? Roku Streambar

Use the Roku tv home screen, put the streambar remote away, any press on that will send the tv to streambar input and you'll be on the streambars home screen, with no input tiles in sight. Just use the tv remote, and streambar as a soundbar for better sound. Remember to plug the streambar into the ARC input on the tv, do not use the optical cable. Go into the tv settings and refresh the CEC devices connected to it.
