What is the 65R6AX? Bought off Amazon, was expecting 65R6A5R

Jump to solution

Does anyone know the difference between the 65R6A5R which is what Roku list as the model number for the 65" Plus on their site, vs 65R6AX which I received from Amazon?

One thing I found odd about the 65R6AX from Amazon is that the power cord is built into the TV.

Hi, @haneryh1

Thanks for posting, and welcome to the Roku Community.

We appreciate you for sharing our inquiry with us, and we'd be more than glad to attend to your query. The code 65R6A5R or 65R6AX is the same product which is the Roku - 65" Class Plus Series QLED 4K. The difference with the last text which is the "R" and "X" can be explained by the coding of the product on where it is released/sold.

For reference, R is retail and X is from Roku or online vendors. Further, there is no difference with the product, just a different code based on where they are released/sold.

We hope this answers your inquiry, and if there's anything we can do to assist you further, please feel free to let us know.

Best wishes,
Kash
