Website experienced an unexpected problem when activating Roku TV

I have a TV and when Roku sends me an email with an activation link it asks me to name my TV and I do.  I give it a location, and then it goes to an error page

 

There was an unexpected error in the website. The current page will not load. Close and re-open your browser, navigate back to the website, and try repeating your last actions. If the problem persists, please contact our support team.

This issue you were experience should now be resolved. Can you please try again in reactivating your Roku TV and keep me posted on what you find out.

I am having the same problem. Need help too. Hope to find answer soon.I called Roku  machine  said due to the situation they are not offering phone support. What are we supposed to do?

I have been trying to find support also. Makes me so mad that you can’t do Anything on the tv because the website is down. 😡

Thanks for the posts regarding the issue you are experiencing.

We would recommend trying again to see if you are still experiencing the issue. We would also recommend trying to clear your browser cache as well as trying other web browsers when trying again.

I have tried multiple browsers on multiple computers clearing the cache each time.  It is obviously your site that is the issue.
