volume on roku philip is not responding. 

The Tv is brand new not even 2 days and can’t put down the volume not even muting it.

How can I fix it?

If still no dice, please be advised that remotes for Roku TVs are manufactured directly by the TV manufacturer. We suggest reaching out to the TV manufacturer's customer support team to report the issue and get help.
