The voices on all my Roku channels do not match my Altice Amplify. I have already been to their website and followed all their instructions for resetting. I have also rest my TV to factory and the issue has not been resolved. A lot of instructions on Google say if it isn't those things it's the streaming device, which means my Roku. How do I solve this issue ???????

We understand that you're having a problem with the Roku channel since the voices will not match your Altice Amplify. Help is here. Please try to unplug the Roku and the Altice Amplify for 1 to 2 minutes, then plug them back in again.
