Visio Sound Bar with (Roku) TV and (Roku) Blue Tooth speakers

I have a (Roku) TV with a Visio sound bar attached via fiber optic connection. It was working great. When I set up my new Roku BlueTooth speakers to the Roku TV the sound bar no longer works. The new speakers are wonderful but why won't the sound bar operate now?
Thanks!

I have found that my Vizio sound bar, connected via optical cable but to a Vizio TV, will mute after being inactive for a while. Got nothing to do with Roku; it does that whether using Roku, Apple TV, or any other activity. Leave it not playing for a period of time and it mutes.

I usually press the Volume Up or Volume Down button on the remote to get it working again. It appears to be a Vizio thing, and happens even on Vizio TVs.

Thanks for the response, but my Visio sound bar was working perfectly until I set up the (Roku) Bluetooth speakers. I've tried everything I can think of, but the sound bar doesn't work. It still powers up and the volume lights indicate the sound is increasing/decreasing but no sound is coming out of the sound bar.
