Vertical Lines/Bars of Pixels Stuck On Streaming Apps

I am having this issue with my device now and checked for an update and my tv is at the latest update. It randomly happened when I switched from Netflix to HBO max. It’s on every screen But only on the dark parts on the screen.

This is possibly a hardware related issue that is affecting your screen. Have you tried contacting your Roku TV manufacturer support yet to inquire further? I'd suggest starting there to see what options or suggestions they can provide. Each Roku TV manufacturer provides direct support for their products running the Roku OS.
