On live tv my upper channels (channels 10 and above) the information box keeps popping up every few minutes and obstructs the show we are watching.

if no one knows how to fix this is there anyway to just get the roku tv to never show information (channel identification box).

we have a antenna hook up. We use hot spot for internet.

Check your batteries. This was happening recently on one of our TCL TVs and replacing the batteries corrected the issue.
