Universal remote won’t connect and no Wi-Fi available

RCA/ROKU tv with RCA universal remote and no Wi-Fi available I can only turn tv on and off with PLAY button did factory reset now stuck on “pick language “ page. No “select” button on back of tv only power, volume, and “right left” buttons. Trying to watch with antenna

Try tv codes in the universal remote like admiral, dynex, or sansui. See if you have more control of the roku tv.
