Unable to open or play videos from a majority of apps

Netflix and YoutubeTV work decently well although are slow to open and play video. Hulu, HBOMAX, Disney Plus, and youtube app either do not open or will not play video once open.

I am experiencing similar problems with Disney+.   I am using a 3810X with version 10.5.   It has been broken since I did the update.   I have 2 roku devices with the same problem.    How can I go back to the older version that worked?
