My 55 inch tv losses sound and it’s brand new - the only fix I have is to keep turning leveling on and off when going to different streaming apps ie . Netflix, hbo , YouTube , I just purchased this tv and the software is updated . Please help
I am assuming your TV is a Roku TV. Be aware that Roku themselves do not manufacture or support the Roku TVs. They only provide the operating system. For support you need to contact the manufacturer of your TV.
Tv sound is fine until I click on an application through roku

and it does not have sound until I go to the settings on roku home and change it to leveling

OK, but if it's a Roku TV, you need to contact the manufacturer for support, as I mentioned.

As mentioned by @atc98092, have you tried contacting your Roku TV manufacturer support yet to inquire further? I'd suggest starting there to see what options or suggestions they can provide. Each Roku TV manufacturer provides direct support for their products running the Roku OS.
