My sharp Roku tv hasn’t been turning on it shows the sharp logo then turns off. I changed power cord and location of power source, I have no idea what is happening and I can speak to anyone at Roku for some resin they don’t have a Customer service number

Have you tried contacting Sharp support yet to inquire further? I'd suggest starting there to see what options or suggestions they can provide. Each Roku TV manufacturer provides direct support for their products running the Roku OS.
