Trying to set up our 2018 Phillips/Roku TV

I've been trying to set up our 2018 Phillips/Roku TV for hours now. We have Hulu and netflix from or Roku. This TV is Roku ready. Were asked to put in information get numbers and letters back but now where to set them up. I went back to the computer and it said it had expired  WTF Please I'm going NUTS
