Tcl Roku tv low bandwidth

I have bandwidth of over 350 mb per second TV is hardwired into the router when I do a speed test I get 35 maybe 40 MB on the Roku TV this causes buffering when I'm playing a 4K video any suggestions

Do you realize that Mb and MB are not the same unit?  A Bandwidth of 350Mb/s is roughly equivalent to 42MB/s.  Sounds like you're pretty much there.
