- The serial number of your TV from Settings>System>About
- A detailed account of exactly when this behavior occurs on your TV; the activity that was occurring on the TV at the time such as watching "xxxx" streaming channel, or an HDMI input device
- The steps you take to reproduce the issue
- The specific make/model of any A/V receiver, soundbar, or speakers that are connected to your TV
- Your current settings selected in Settings>System>Control other devices (CEC)
- Any other details that may be helpful.
