I was using a 50 inch Hisense TV to play Xbox, then suddenly the screen brightness turned down, then started to turn off and on without me touching the remote. 
This same problem happened to my TCL 50 inch TV like 2 weeks ago, But I forgot how I fixed it. So I know there Is a fix, I just need to find it. Any help is much appreciated.

Let's try this troubleshooting step for a fix.

1. Press Home   on your Roku remote
2. Scroll and select Settings
3. Select System
4. Select Power. If you do not see a Power submenu, skip to the next step.
5. Select System restart

Hello, I cannot try this method because it simply won’t let me. 
The TV screen turns on and off when I plug it in, so I can’t go to the settings or go to any menu.

To further troubleshooting guide, it advised to contact your Roku TV manufacturer. They provide direct support with their TV models.
