TV acting strange

We have 2 Roku TV's, for the last week, they shut off randomly switch channels continuously, and the volume goes to Max all by itself

@Laura64  Thanks for the note here. Is anyone is your house using the Roku mobile app on a phone or mobile device connected to the same network as your TV? They would be able to use the remote functionality built in to perform all the functions you described. 

You can try disabling control by mobile apps in Settings>System>Advanced system settings>Control by mobile apps to see if this helps.
