Roku TV's never had shortcut for power, only add channels or sleep timer. Non-tv Roku's like the express, premiere, and others have the tv power shortcut. You have tv power button on the Roku tv remote, no need for shortcut tile.
If you don't have the input tiles showing on the tv home screen, then you must have a second stand alone roku connected to the roku tv and you're on its home screen instead. Want tv home screen, use the roku tv remote, start by pressing Home button on the roku tv remote to get back to roku tv's home screen which will have input tiles.
