I recently upgraded my Internet with ATT to Internet 1000. My TCL RokuTV would no longer connect via wired ethernet. It would find the wire but no internet. I was able to solve the problem by using an old network switch with a maximum speed of 100mbps. I plugged the ethernet cable from the wall into the switch and ran a new cable from switch to tv. It now sees both cable and internet and saves the wired connection. Apparently high speeds such as 970 mbps either confuse or confound the tv.
