If your TCL soundbar isn't connecting, throw away the HDMI cabel provided and replace it with a high speed HDM2.1 with ethernet, 4k 60hz at 18 Gbps. After 2 days of trouble shooting, I replaced the cabel and it set up within minutes and works perfect.
