TCL series 8 75-inch reboots on its own

I’m having the same issue. 

roku tv: a115x

model: 75r635

serial: x003005s0p1v (different serial number on back of tv)

software version: 10.0.0 build 4197-88

This occurs randomly on any app, usually watching Netflix or YouTube.

-Tracker ID when this issue occurs (when you see this issue occur, press the Home button 5 times, followed by the Back button 5 times)
-Steps to reproduce the issue you are seeing

The same happens on my TCL 75Q825.

-Roku TV brand and model: TCL 75Q825
-serial number: X00300944PGN
-device ID: S055Y9844PGN
-software OS/version: 10.0.0 build 4197-88
-does this issue occur on a specific channel? No, this happens on all smart channels (Netflix/Amazon/Hulu/Disney+/etc. as well as when watching HDMI sources. It only happens about once a week, sometime once every other week.  
-tracker ID when this issue occurs (when you see this issue occur, press the Home button 5 times, followed by the Back button 5 times): I will try to remember to do this next time and reply to this post.
