This occurs randomly on any app, usually watching Netflix or YouTube.

The same happens on my TCL 75Q825.
-Roku TV brand and model: TCL 75Q825
-serial number: X00300944PGN
-device ID: S055Y9844PGN
-software OS/version: 10.0.0 build 4197-88
-does this issue occur on a specific channel? No, this happens on all smart channels (Netflix/Amazon/Hulu/Disney+/etc. as well as when watching HDMI sources. It only happens about once a week, sometime once every other week.
