TCL S535 Netflix unable to install due to space? Brand new tv.

Just got this TV and I had Netflix working fine then a system update deleted it. Only have 8 channels, space not an issue. How do I fix this?

I too am having this same problem with the 50s535.

Thanks for the inquiry.

We would recommend trying to remove any unused channels from your Roku TV, including the Netflix channel, and then trying to perform a factory reset on your TV. Then once your TV has been setup again, try adding the channel to see if it is resolved.
