Bought the TCL-S355 about a month ago, working fine until this morning. Tried all suggestions about resetting tv, internet and checking connections to no avail. Contacted TCL customer support, nothing. I read one message saying that it's possible to manually update the box if you have the Roku model number which you cannot access while it is in this update loop. I would like a solution or will be returning it to Best Buy for a refund or exchange. Thanks.

Thanks for the post.
Try to hold down the reset button (it is located near where you would plug in the HDMI cables to the TV) for at least 30 seconds regardless of what happens on the screen and see if it helps.
If you are still unable to resolve the issue, we would recommend contacting TCL support to inquire further. Each Roku TV manufacturer provides direct support for their products running the Roku OS.
