Hi @Mcat29
There are a few potential solutions to this issue. First, try power cycling both your TCL Roku TV and your internet router by unplugging them for 30 seconds and then plugging them back in. If that doesn't work, try resetting your network connection on the TV by going to Settings > Network > Reset Connection. If that still doesn't work, try connecting your TV to your router via an Ethernet cable instead of Wi-Fi.
If none of these solutions work, there may be a larger issue with your internet connection or your TV's hardware, so you may need to contact TCL support or your internet service provider for further assistance.
We hope it helps!

So I did all of those things by connecting to my phones hot spot. TV says connected with excellent strength but then won’t open any apps and says it is not connected to a network. But it will work with my phones connection. No problems with the wifi on any other devices. Anything else I can do?
Hi @Drock1
Thanks for keeping in touch!
Have you tried contacting the TV manufacturer - TCL to inquire further? I'd suggest starting there to see what options or suggestions they can provide. Each Roku TV manufacturer provides direct support and warranty services for their products running the Roku OS. They'll be the best ones to help regarding your issue.
You can contact them here: TCL Support. Call them at 1-877-300-8837.
Please keep us posted on what you find out.

I got it figured out. It was totally my fault. It was blocked on my router because I misidentified the tv as something else.
How did u check this?
My 65-in TCL Roku TV unfortunately does not have a network reset under network. Just has, set up connection, bandwidth saver, and about. If I turn it off and right back on 90% of the time I will not have internet. I then have to unplug it and plug it back in and it immediately connects. I'm doing this several times a day every day now which I know cannot be good for the power supply.
@Panhead8675, I can't check on a Roku TV, but on other Roku devices "Network connection reset" is located under Settings->System->Advanced system settings.
