Hello. I have a TCL Roku smart tv. The serial number is YK005D190796. 
I’ve had it for maybe 9 months now. A few weeks ago it started having some issues, wouldn’t let me access some of my apps, being really slow and would freeze up. Yesterday I decided to do a factory reset on it. 
so it finally restarted and went to the set up screen. Asked me for my language so I pressed English, now wants me to pick a county, so I click the United States…. And then nothing. Won’t move to the next screen won’t do anything. You can hear my remote clicking and obviously it worked when turning my tv on and pressing English. But I can’t get past the country button. What do I do ? I’ve tried to change batteries, unplugging tv, and even pressing the reset button on the tv. Please help!!

Have you tried contacting TCL support yet to inquire further? I'd suggest starting there to see what options or suggestions they can provide. Each Roku TV manufacturer provides direct support and warranty services for their products running the Roku OS.
